German Special Interest Group Meeting

Our  Monthly German Sessions will be led by Karynne Moses

Meyer, Mayer, Meier. Where are you from?

Join Karynne Moses for part one of German Research for the everyday American:

Spelling Variations and Finding a Hometown.

We’ll tackle the first two challenges of finding your German ancestors.

Karynne grew up in New England as part of a large close-knit family. Long before she started studying family history, she understood the importance of family. In December 2018, she graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s in Family History with research specialties in German and Portuguese research. She started Moses Genealogy, a private contracting business, shortly after graduation. The German language is one of Karynne’s greatest passions, and she started speaking it in 2008
